Richard was my driver and he arrived slightly early for my pick up at 5:45am, which I appreciated. He was very polite and friendly. His driving felt very safe and the trip took exactly 1 hour between the Shangri-La and Nadi airport! Thanks!

Daniella M16 December 2023Best Experience Tour with Krish Highly recommend this absolute gem of a company. My family and I had stayed over at Sofitel early this month of December, and we booked the tour just one day prior to having it. We were told to be ready at the lobby by 9am, and the driver was there at a timely manner. Our driver for the day was Krish, who was absolutely amazing ! Krish took us to the specific places which we had asked for, and the broad knowledge he had about Fiji was just mind blowing, which for sure he had made our tour for the day a pleasant one. It was quiet a warm day, but we managed to get through the day, with especially the help of the AC in the vehicle. The vehicle's AC was turned on the entire day of the tour which we were thankful for to Krish. I'm usually not a one to post things up, but I had to give this company and especially Krish a 5 star review! We hope to utilize this company again, when we're coming back to Fiji. A big thank you to Krish and Epic Tours!!!
Wander1144487737415 December 2023Charged almost 5x the quote and invoice I ordered a taxi from Epic Transfer and Tours Fiji online. The taxi was punctual and the vehicle was the same one as requested, but the driver was surprised there were 5 of us and not 1, despite no request for specification when booking the taxi. Furthermore, the invoice I received stated the ride would cost $5.25 FJD, but the taxi driver was told to charge us $30 FJD. When I showed him my invoice, he rang his boss and then told me I had to pay $25. Hence we were misled with the price of the taxi and I will never use this company again.
Jewels12 December 2023Excellent tour. Enjoyed personalised group tour. Ali great tour guide Small tour of myself and Auntie. Went to Sigatoka and went to lookout and market, Then off to small village where they made pottery that could be purchased. Ladies in village sang and danced and we did a lava ceremony, village people lovely and got us involved in dancing. Then we went to famous golf course and Natadola beach, Aling the way we stopped of for a coco nut water tasting. Great tour with Ali. Great service, Ali is a great tour guide Awesome tour visited the temple in Nadi, local market, off to lookout then to First Landing Village with a final stop at the Sleeping Giant Gardens tour, our tour guide Ali was very friendly and informative.
